The Ulisse project will last 30 months and, with various and different methods, intends to strategically intercept the territory’s capabilities, wealth and potential through the sectors of carpentry and pleasure boating with integrated actions capable of directly and effectively involving the productive forces of the territory. The operational steps of the Ulisse project include training, work experience in companies and/or in a technical/practical laboratory and work accompaniment. The recipients of the project are individuals of age in intramural or external penal execution and subjects subjected to security measures or in suspension of the trial procedure.
